Becoming A Retailer

Independent retailers maintain a vital role in the success of The Round Top Collection. As our primary means of product distribution, small businesses, family-run companies, and local shops are credited for much of the popularity and recognition of The Round Top Collection brand. If you’re a trend-seeking wholesale buyer or business owner, we’d love for you to consider making The Round Top Collection one of your leading lines.

To qualify for wholesale pricing, first looks at new designs, and pre-ordering access, please complete our  Wholesale Registration Application and provide the requested documents.

 

ORDERING REQUIREMENTS

The minimum order for The Round Top Collection is $300 per season. Each order must total more than $300 before shipping or scheduling a pickup. To reach the minimum you may select products from multiple seasons, if the products are available when the order is scheduled for delivery. If you have any questions about this process or need help getting to the minimum, please call your account manager for help. They are always happy and ready to assist you.

WHEN TO ORDER & HOW TO ORDER

Pre-ordering is the best way to ensure you receive your favorite products (see our pre-ordering section for more details on this). If you’re unable to attend one of the Home & Gift markets, you can easily place your order on our website, shop.thertc.com or with your sales representative. MARKET INFORMATION

The Round Top Collection has become a routine stop for many market shoppers. Buyers may recount waiting in lines at our temporary booth, or hearing sales associates call their name from a list. Year after year the demand grows. One of the reasons our market booths and showrooms have become so popular is because of our complex displays chock full of new designs. Twice each year we travel to Dallas Market Center and AmericasMart Atlanta for the Total Home & Gift Show to debut our latest creations. Our designers and decorators work tirelessly to construct the ultimate Round Top experience. Complete with antique furniture, props, and custom wall covers, we build a space that is unique unto itself. PRE-ORDERING

The Round Top Collection strives to provide customers with a large variety of products for all occasions. In order to provide you with the best selection, we ask all our customers to pre-order when the season debuts. Pre-ordering products means you are more likely to receive all the items on your order, and items don’t sell out before your order is filled. If you wait, you will find that many items are sold out or on back order. And because we are a seasonal company, back ordered designs will not be restocked until the following year. To get the best selection of products, order early. Pre-ordering allows you to get what you want without stressing over limited availability. Below is a schedule of pre-ordering timelines for each collection.

WINTER DEBUT

Fall/Halloween/Thanksgiving: January - February 15
Christmas: January - March 1
New Year Round: January - February 15

SUMMER DEBUT

Valentine’s Day/St. Patrick’s Day/Mardi Gras: June - August 15
Easter: June - September 15
Spring-Summer: June - September 15
New Year Round: June - September 15

SHIP DATES & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Because The Round Top Collection offers a wide variety of seasonal decor for various holidays, most items are restocked annually. Once a seasonal items is sold out, it will not be available for purchase until the following year, when the new collection debuts. But with year round items we’ve modified our approach. When it comes to Celebrate Every Day and other products that are not specific to a particular season, we will restock those designs as quickly as possible. Online our year round items are noted with the next available ship date if they are currently out of stock. Below is a list of earliest ship dates for our seasonal collections.
