First make sure that you have provided us with all of the required information as described in the registration email you received after registering on our website. Once we have received all of the required information we process these request daily in order to ensure you can begin ordering from us ASAP. The minimum order amount for new and returning customers is $300. Where do you ship from?
We ship out of Houston, TX. We also allow wholesale customers to pickup their orders from our Houston Showroom. Please Contact Us

Our products are made to withstand the elements but we do recommend our customers apply a thin coat of clear matte, non-yellowing, finish

.Please explain how you sell in sets and assortments?
No problem! We sell our products three different ways:
- PC (Piece): These are individual items sold by themselves.
- S (Set): These pieces are sold in a group and are either identical or very similar in shape, color, etc.
- Asst. (Assortment): These items are sold in a group and each item is different in some way, either size, shape, color, saying, etc.
When purchasing an item if the description does not contain "Set" or "Asst." and you order, say for example 10, you are ordering ten of these pieces. However, if the description contains "Set" or "Asst." and you order 10 you are either ordering 10 groups of that particular item or 10 assortments of that item.
