Most unopened items sold by TheRTC.com in new condition and returned within 10 days are eligible for a refund or exchange. In some situations, a 20% restocking fee may be applied. Items that are opened, damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
Submitting a return
To request a refund or exchange from The Round Top Collection please send an email to email@example.com with the following information provided.
1. Sales order number
2. Item number or product description
3. Reason for the return request
4. Photo of the item, if a damage is being reported
5. Preference of credit or exchange if the return is approved
Can I return or exchange an item without a receipt?
If returning a product to The Round Top Collection, you will need to include a copy of the recipt or packing slip. Your receipts can be accessed and printed by logging into your TheRTC.com account.
How will I be refunded for my return?
In most cases your refund will be automatically credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used.
Refunds to a third-party credit card typically take 1-3 days. For information about refunds to a third-party credit card, contact your card-issuing financial institution.
It can take up to 5 additional business days to inspect and process items returned before refunds can be processed.
Will the shipping charges be refunded if I return an item?
Shipping charges may be refunded depending on the reason for your return.
You may not be refunded shipping charges if:
1. The return was declined by the online return center
2. The reason for return was not caused by The Round Top Collection
If you are purchasing through an approved wholesale account, you may submit requests for refund or replacement by following the steps mentioned above.
